If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The term ‘Glasgow furniture collective' ‘GFC', ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Glasgow furniture collective, Glasgow, Scotland. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

1.11 Please note that due to European law, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us

to ask you to accept our Terms and Conditions (and thereby also our Privacy Policy) PRIOR to any information

being captured by us that you may provide to us.

2. Class terms & conditions

2.1 GFC will contact you within 2 days of purchase to confirm your booking. A further confirmation of class attendance will be emailed to you within 7 days of class starting.

2.2 You must cancel in writing 2 weeks prior to the course starting to reschedule your class or be issued with a with a full refund excluding any incurred Paypal fees during the intial purchase. If you cancel in writing 1 week prior to the course starting, you can reschedule your class or be issued a 50% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than a week to the class starting, we will offer to reschedule you class but you shall lose the 30% non-refundable deposit from the original purchase. We will ask that you repay the nonrefundable 30% deposit again to rebook. Please get in touch via the contact page to notify.

2.3 Unfortunately we are unable to re-schedule your course more than two times. If you cancel after the 2nd rescehduled class then your purchase is to be voided and GFC will not allow you to rebook.

2.4 By purchasing your class space, you have read, understood and agreed to the GFC terms and conditions stated in this section.

3. Gift voucher terms and conditions

3.1 When using a GFC gift voucher to book a class, please note that the class terms and conditions (Sectiion 1 above) are also binding.

3.2 Glasgow furniture collective gift vouchers are only redeemable once, against the booking of one space on your chosen class.

3.4 Glasgow furniture collective host weekend classes every month and class dates available can be found at Please contact GFC if class dates are not suitable for you.

3.5 Glasgow furniture collective gift voucher number must be stated at time of booking.

3.6 Glasgow furniture collective gift voucher is only valid for booking within 1 year of the date authorised stated on the gift voucher. Gift Vouchers bookings attempted after 1 year from the stated date authorised will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3.7 Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment on any other services provided by the Glasgow furniture collective.

3.8 Gift Vouchers must be submitted upon redemption on the first day of class.

3.9 Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

3.10 Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

3.11 Glasgow furniture collective reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

3.12 Gift Vouchers are issued by Glasgow furniture collective, Unit 2/9 RogArt Street Campus, 4 Rogart Street, G40 2AA.

3.13 By purchasing a gift voucher, you have read, understood and agreed to the GFC terms and conditions stated in this section.

4. GFC product terms & conditions

4.1 GFC ensures to sympathetically restore each item of furniture However, please note that general wear and tear should be expected as most sold will be vintage or retro pieces.

4.2 Please note: All of our upholstered items are fully in accordance with the UK fire regulations.

4.3 GFC aim to ensure that clear photographs and descriptions are available for ieach item sold. Should you require more information prior to purchase then please contact GFC via the contacts page. We are very happy to answer any questions/queries and would much rather our customers make an informed decision before committing to buy.

4.4 Free delivery is available to all customers in the Glasgow city boundaries (G1 - G58 postcodes). A nominal fee for delivery will be required outwith. Collection on person is also available. Customers further afield are required to arrange their own delivery service.

4.5 Payments are made securely online via Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by BACS, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the contact page. Payment can also be made in person by cash or card at the Glasgow furniture collective workshop at the Unit 2/9 RogArt Street Campus, 4 Rogart Street, G40 2AA.
